Coordination of Services
JSDD participates as a founding member of the MetroWest ABLE initiative.
WHAT is MetroWest ABLE?
It is a network of community leaders and professionals that work together to advocate for and support individuals and families with special needs. Together we engage our families, synagogues and local agencies in creating a community that is accessible to all members.
This network envisions a MetroWest community that is made whole through the active and meaningful participation of all of its members, with opportunities for access to every aspect of Jewish life.
Partner agencies participating supporting individuals with special needs and their families in the MetroWest community include Friendship Circle, Jewish Community Center of Central NJ, Jewish Community Center of MetroWest NJ, Jewish Family Service of Central NJ, Jewish Family Service of MetroWest, Jewish Vocational Service, JESPY House, Jewish Service for the Developmentally Disabled, and NJY Camps – Round Lake Camp.
