The WAE Center is fortunate having Emmanuel M. on the team of exceptional direct support professional. Emmanuel is focused and dedicated and always has a smile on his face. The compassion he shows daily to the members of the WAE Center shines brightly. He has taken his compassion to the next level and has begun driving a few WAE Center members to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, in Hillside. The volunteer program there offers individuals the ability to make a direct impact on hunger in a positive and safe environment. Emmanuel along with WAE Center members assisted in bagging and labeling pasta that will be given out to those in need.
It is the wish of Emmanuel to cultivate a group of WAE Center members he can continue to bring to the Community FoodBank and impart the valuable lessons of supporting a good cause which is serving to make a difference in the community.
