Jennifer Fay, RN Residential Director of Nursing Services Jennifer Fay received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ramapo College of NJ and her nursing degree from Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing, in Montclair. Jen has been the employed by JSDD since 2012 with over 22 years of experience working in a variety of settings in the mental health field, with a focus on intellectual disabilities.
