The WAE Open brings Poets into the Mix
Come experience the power of ekphrastic poetry at Heidi Gallery at JSDD. Ekphrastic poetry are poems written in response to a piece of visual art. The results are often exciting and unexpected. To that end, local established poets will read poems they have written based on the dynamic work/s of art they have chosen from The WAE Open, an Annual Juried Exhibit. Marcia LeBeau, poet and founder of The Write Space in Orange, NJ will MC the event.
