Jennifer Fay, RN
Residential Director of Nursing Services
Jennifer Fay received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ramapo College of NJ and her nursing degree from Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing, in Montclair. Jen has been the employed by JSDD since 2012 with over 22 years of experience working in a variety of settings in the mental health field, with a focus on intellectual disabilities.
As part of the interdisciplinary team, Jen works as a liaison to the medical community to advocate for the health and wellbeing of the residents and their families. She is committed to assisting with the facilitation and coordination of the medical, health and nutritional services for the residents to promote health and wellness through a holistic approach. Regular residential program reviews as well as resident, family and staff training continue to ensure the highest level of quality care and compliance for the people living in a JSDD home.
Jen is meticulous, knowledgeable, dedicated and, above all, we value her integrity. Respect and dignity are always a top priority as she interacts with residents, staff, families and other professionals and advocates in the best interests of the men and women supported by JSDD.
