WAE Center members and staff all came together to eat delicious chili lime chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, black bean and corn salad, potato salad and topped it off with a yummy dessert. The music was playing during the meal which helped to invigorated the members to get up and dance! Thank you to all the incredible staff who made the BBQ a success!

Jennifer Fay, RN Residential Director of Nursing Services Jennifer Fay received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ramapo College of NJ and her nursing degree from Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing, in Montclair. Jen has been the employed by JSDD since 2012 with over 22 years of experience working in a variety of settings in the mental health field, with a focus on intellectual disabilities. As part of the interdisciplinary team, Jen works as a liaison to the medical community to advocate for the health and wellbeing of the residents and their families.
